If you are not happy for any reason with your purchase then Just Return It™ within thirty days and we will give you a full refund or an exchange. If you are not happy with the fit of your new shoes, we'll gladly exchange them for a different size or width. Simply return the shoes in the original box and tell us the desired size and width for the replacement pair.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We suggest the Post Office, don't pay for fast shipping, insurance or any other extras.
Any shoes returned after 30 days, if accepted, may incur a 10% restocking fee.
New Balance adult shoes are guaranteed to be free of defects for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. Kids shoes are guaranteed for 60 days from date of purchase.
