Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

If you are not happy for any reason with your purchase then Just Return It™ within thirty days and we will give you a full refund or an exchange. If your purchase is a Holiday Gift then take an extra 30 days. Call us toll free at 1 (877) 463-9225 with any questions.

If you are not happy with the fit of your new shoes, we'll gladly exchange them for a different size or width. Simply return the shoes in the original box and tell us the desired size and width for the replacement pair.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We suggest the Post Office, don't pay for fast shipping, insurance or any other extras.

Any shoes returned after 30 days, if accepted, may incur a 10% restocking fee.

New Balance adult shoes are guaranteed to be free of defects for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. Kids shoes are guaranteed for 60 days from date of purchase.

Orders are processed Monday thru Saturday during business hours.

There are no shipments on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

Orders are shipped on business days: Monday - Friday.

Any orders received after 3PM on Friday will ship the following Monday.


We ship to the contiguous 48 states, US Military Bases, Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. territories.
